VitalChrom Shake RCharacteristics:
VitalChrom Shake R is a food intended for use in energy restricted diets for weight reduction. It is a powder mixture which can be mixed with milk or water to prepare a shake that serves as a replacement of 1 or 2 main meals. Replacing two meals with this shake in combination with a low-energy diet contributes to weight reduction. Replacing one meal with VitalChrom Shake R contributes to maintaining the lower weight. Normal meals and foods represent a necessary part of diet as well as adequate fluid intake. One shake prepared from 33 g of VitalChrom Shake R and 250 ml of 1.5% milk provides a balanced combination of quality proteins, suitable fats and different types of fibre enriched with a complex of essential vitamins and minerals. VitalChrom Shake R is sold in 500 g canisters.

Active ingredients:
Beta-glucans, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin, pantothenic acid, β-carotene, folic acid, biotin, vitamin D3, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, molybdenum, selenium, iodine, chromium (Cr3+).
Cations of microelements are bound in physiologically effective lactic form. Lactate of chromium is a part of special organic complex which is called glucose tolerance factor (GTF) in the literature.

Effects:
Vitamins and minerals play a crucial part in a range of biochemical reactions. They participate in physiological functions of different types of tissues in the human body. Beta-glucans contribute to maintaining a normal blood cholesterol level (*). The positive effect can be achieved by consuming 3 g of oat beta-glucans, oat bran, barley bran or by combination of these sources, i.e. 2 servings of VitalChrom Shake R.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, it protects cells from oxidative stress, and it helps reduce tiredness.
